I purchased a vacmaster professional person series $183.77 they double build my checking account when I contacted them the person I was texting with said that it would be cleared up in 3 to 5 days 5 days subsequently I withal take the charge contacted client support by text messaging again with someone else and they told me that everything was good on their end that I would have to go to my bank to have this resolved my bank said they put a discredited account only information technology looks similar I'm going to take to dispute the charge I will think twice before purchasing a big ticket item from Amazon from at present on

I accept been an Amazon client since the showtime. I am a Prime number customer. Amazon used to be very efficient, y'all would ofttimes receive packages the next day after ordering and their customer service was fantastic. At present - non so much. Rarely do packages arrive within the timeframe. Trying to get customer support is impossible. When packages don't go far later 3 weeks, they tell yous to cancel and gild again, what, so you can not deliver another ane? Im agape this is the end of our relationship Amazon, I will now be shopping elsewhere.

lately when I make a purchase on Amazon based on the date they say it will be delivered, I have been getting delay notifications. I based my buy on the date they promised and I would rather take bought from someone else a day or 2 later, than recall I am getting something on a promised date simply to find out after that date that it wont be here.

I never bought and never will besides because every purchase means exploitation of the bodies of the employees. They take astringent wellness problems when working here. I believe that you should estimate on Trustpilot for bodily purchases, and this is the instance, because I can't buy on Amazon since it is not a humane employer.

The society had wrong parts in information technology. It was incommunicable to assemble. At my age I'k finding information technology soo very difficult to arrange the return. I have spent days trying to accommodate the return. The company tell me I have to contact S A Products, when I do the block my emails. I took the heavy bundle in my car to the Hermes depot, they said they could not take it back!
I have been reduced to tears. This is making me ill. Its non my fault parts were missing.
I'm at my whits end.

Gave me the run around on multiple occasions about when an item was going to send. It was in stock when I ordered, was told on multiple occasions information technology'd just be "two days" and a calendar month later information technology's out of stock and apparently won't be restocked for iv to five months. The customer service reps provide incorrect info but to go you lot off the conversation.

Pre ordered a book for delivery to an Amazon locker. Waited iv months for publishing date and then courier company couldn't deliver and then cancelled my gild, no re delivery choice just cancelled information technology. Spent two hours existence passed from .com to .great britain considering Amazon systems don't communicate to each other. Upshot not even got a refund yet and they want me to reorder and expect bah.

I used to trust this platform so much when it comes to ordering certain things similar irish potato chips and albums until I recently ordered a spike belong from this platform, 1 calendar week ltr or so, I was told that this order got cancelled. What nonsense?!?! Some more the reason is because the seller tin't ship the item to my address and I felt similar they shld accept addressed this issue earlier before I even placed an social club. Worse still, the price is so expensive compared to the price sold on Shopee!!! And then I literally lost $258 for this and I tin't get the coin dorsum. So disappointing!!! Purchased a hip support for my dog through amazon, it was delivered less than xl minutes agone, went on my account equally the support isn't as described and not fit for purpose and my statutory rights say i can retirn inside fourteen days, amazon render policy country that exact data also, they won't let me return as patently its a non returnable item even though I wasn't made aware of this anywhere, amazon volition not assist they just keep ending conversation on me, this support price £97.50 so thats a large loss, I tin't contact the seller as they have no contact details in that location so I have been ripped off and amazon won't aid at all. This to me is fraudulent action.

I have establish items that I needed on sale and after I ordered Amazon canceled the day after it was said to be "out for commitment " I called to mutter and they kept asking me the same questions I had already answered SEVERAL times! When I told them that I had already answered them more than one and they keep asking the same questions I already answered they put me on concur. While I was on concur I was talking to someone beside me about how ridiculous information technology is that they tin can't sympathize what i said the first time and the lady whom I was talking to (customer service supervisor) gets back on and is rude telling me "your telephone call is existence monitored what did you just say" when I told her I wasn't talking to her and that I was talking to someone beside me and I don't take to tell her what I said to someone else she got mad and hung upwardly! These people demand to learn to listen the offset time so others don't have to keep repeating themselves and non get but hurt over someone saying that they obviously don't understand or aren't listening!

Several times happened. I ordered online. Amazon gave me time window. But a few minutes before end of the due for no reason my orders canceled. I empathize this consequence could be happen. But the chief problem is Amazon doesn't care most how is the costumers feeling. I tried to tell them my complain is about my time. Amazon waist my time and I need my orders, although they try to make me happy with 5 dollars credit offer. I said this is insulting whenever people talk most humanity and customers respect, simply the still tried to buy my waist time with 5 dollars gift card. I just disappointed because feels similar Amazon already grows up and don't demand to respect or responsibleness about customers. Even Worse than that is costumer services that act like robot or some technology without any understanding. I recommended to transport me my order subsequently at least some other 2 hours chat with costumer service but they passed me to the other person and it repeated several times and each time they asked me to explain over again my story. I know billion dollars corporation don't even expect at our rights but I'm sure where ever any system ignore humans they will autumn in the end. For my part, I will shut my Amazon account forever. I hope no one else has such an experience that I had.
